Developing a New Odour Regulation
The Ministry of the Environment must develop the knowledge, information, and equipment to establish and enforce new odour regulations. These regulations are tailored to the unique challenges of each country with special consideration placed on diverse industries, geography, weather, and population.
Samples can be brought down for analysis by an air quality laboratory. The regulation should not be a copy of a European or American regulation, but represent its country and location, be more progressive, and remedy the shortcomings of those used in other countries.
