The act of sampling is to obtain information on the typical characteristics of an odour source by means of the collection through the use of a sampler. The most important information about an emission source for odour impact assessment is the odour emission rate (OER), which represents the quantity of odour emitted per unit of time, and is expressed in odour units per second (ou·s−1). SF450 FLUX CHAMBER
The Scentroid Flux chamber is sampler used to determine levels of emissions from solid or liquid surfaces. Flotation is achieved using 4 stainless steel floats eliminating the need for rubber tubes or foam making the unit easy to clean and maintain.
