SIMS3 is currently undergoing a major server upgrade and maintenance on the SIMS platform. This upgrade is designed to enhance performance, reliability, and support for new features.

Expected Downtime:
The website and API will be unavailable for approximately 2 to 5 hours during this maintenance window.

For customers using SIMS-integrated equipment, all incoming data will be stored while the upgrade is in progress. Once the system is back online, we will backfill the data to prevent any data loss.

Please be advised, that alarms and alarm notifications will not be active during this downtime but will resume once the maintenance period has been completed.
